I began my soccer career in 1976 and played
on a male-only team on which I was the only female. Over time, soccer
changed and girls leagues were started. I played competitively at
the provincial and national level and represented Manitoba at the National
Championships for three consecutive years in the mid 1990's. I played
indoor and outdoor soccer until 1997, when due to a hectic lifestyle, I
decided to retire. Here are some pictures from different points in
my soccer career!

from 1982!! I was 10 years old and played for the Richmond Kings
Mites "A" soccer team.
This is me receiving a
medal for placing first in the Charleswood tournament in 1983!
This is my soccer team
called "Sweat Shack". This picture was taken at the Thunder Bay tournament
in 1993! We won the Gold Medal!!
